Biography

Toshiko Kato was a professor at Seibo Jogakuin Jr. College, Kyoto, Japan, and retired in 2008. She graduated from the Faculty of Science, Kyoto University, completed the doctoral course in the Graduate School of Science at Kyoto University. In addition to the main work of education at the Department of Child Education, Seibo Jogakuin Jr. College, she continued the experimental and theoretical research in Chemical Physics of liquids. After 3.11.2011, she started the research on the radiation health effects after the Fukushima nuclear accident. The main focus was on childhood and adolescent thyroid cancer in Fukushima. she published 13 papers about radiation health effects
