By registering for the Cancer Conference, you agree to the following:

Registration is confirmed only upon full payment and is non-transferable without written consent.

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds are subject to deadlines and administrative fees; no refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.

Program changes may occur. The organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, speakers, or venue without prior notice.

Professional conduct is expected at all times. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event.

Photography & recording may occur during the event and may be used for promotional purposes.

Liability for personal items, travel, or injury rests with the attendee.

Force majeure applies in case of unforeseen events beyond the organizers’ control.
